1. Know when to use Edit

Edit is the tool for modifying renders in Visoid, which includes several tools to help you achieving your desired outcome

Edit tends to be more conservative with geometry and overall photo ambiance, making it a better choice for avoiding unwanted changes. Use it when you’re happy with the general result and want to adjust only specific parts.

Open Create → Edit when most of the image should remain as it is and you have a clear change to make.

A simple rule: use Render as part of your creative process to establish the image; use Edit to make a working image more specific.

2. Choose the image you want to edit

Edit always works from the image currently displayed on the canvas.

  1. Open the relevant project and View.
  2. Select the input image or generated result you want to modify.
