Visoid questions

How can I download my render?

You can download your Visoid renders by using the “Export” function in the top menu bar. You can select the export resolution and filetype in the process.

How do I edit only part of an image?

Visoid has two render tools, Edit and Replace which let you change parts of an image. You can learn more about the different Render tools here.

“Please create a mask before rendering” error message.

You can simply close the “Select area” tool by clicking on the pen icon on the top menu bar again, to avoid this error message. In case the tool is on, but you haven’t selected the area, you will receive the error message mentioned above.

Subscription

I have registered but I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Unfortunately the confirmation email can land in the spam folder of your inbox. We recommend you to check it there first.

How can I subscribe to the full version?

You can easily subscribe to Visoid by clicking on the “Upgrade” button in the top menu bar. Just follow the steps and please use the same email address as you used to sign up for Visoid.

Is it possible to purchase only one month of Visoid, or is it necessary to subscribe to an annual plan?

The single user license of Visoid is a monthly subscription which renews itself after every 30 days. You can cancel it anytime and you will still have access till the end of that subscription period after cancellation. If you wish, you could also subscribe to a yearly plan for a discounted price.
