Visoid questions

How can I download my render?

You can download your Visoid renders by using the “Export” function in the top menu bar. You can select the export resolution and filetype in the process.

How do I edit only part of an image?

Visoid has a dedicated render mode for changing an image, Edit. You can switch to it above the Prompt input box in Create. You can simply explain the changes you want using natural language or select one of the presets. You can learn more about the different Render tools here.

“Please create a mask before rendering” error message.

You can simply close the “Select area” tool by clicking on the pen icon on the top menu bar again, to avoid this error message. In case the tool is on, but you haven’t selected the area, you will receive the error message mentioned above.

Where can I find plugins?

Yes, Visoid has plugins to multiple applications. We support Archicad, Sketchup, Revit and Rhino at the moment. You can find the latest Visoid plugins here:

I have registered but I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Unfortunately the confirmation email can land in the spam folder of your inbox. We recommend you to check it there first. Have you perhaps registered an account before with the same email address? You can try to log in or use request a new password using your email address to test it.
